Finding peace, one piece at a time.
I have over 20 years of experience running a Residential Treatment Center for students with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, mental health, and behavioral issues preventing them from succeeding in the home, school, and community setting. I began my career as an intern at the RTC I went on to run, while obtaining my BA in Psychology and Family and Child Development from Texas State University. My passion has always been working directly with the clients and their families, and after recently graduating from Lamar University with an MEd in Clinical Mental Health Counseling I am excited to transition into my new role as an LPC-A under the supervision of Suzanne Kocher, MA, LPC-S.
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages to help them reach their full potential. At this time I am predominately using Telehealth for sessions, but I do have limited availability for in-person sessions in San Antonio, TX for clients interested in animal assisted therapy (with Gus the Pug!) or individuals not appropriate for Telehealth.
